The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is headed by a Director who is assisted in the execution of control over the Commission by a Deputy Director.
 
The National Assembly appoints the Director and Deputy Director upon nomination by the President. They are appointed on a full-time basis for five years and may be reappointed upon expiry of their term of office.

The first Director and Deputy Director of the ACC assumed office on 1 January 2006.
